Insomnia created this website for the sole purpose of serving its customers. The website www.insomnialace.com is simple and user-friendly, designed to meet the specific needs of each user. For your better service, it is important for you, our client, to understand that you must provide us with specific information regarding the handling of your order. This information is preserved by us. All transactions made through “ www.insomnialace.com ” are governed by the International and European law regulating issues relating to e-commerce, as well as the Law No. 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection regulating matters relating to distance selling. Make sure you agree with the following terms of use and conditions, as your use and surfing on the website “ www.insomnialace.com ” implies your explicit and unconditional consent and agreement with them.
1. Terms of Use.
“Insomnia” reserves the right to unilaterally renew or modify the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, without prior notice, according to its needs and trade practices. Each time the customer makes use of the online store www.insomnialace.com services, she/he is deemed to have unconditionally accepted the terms of use, as they apply each time. 3. Order – Shipping Methods – Delivery Time.
The shipping methods are the following:
A) Through COURIER CENTER Express parcel operator throughout Greece.
B) Through ARAMEX or UPS or COURIER CENTER Express parcel operator debiting the customer, for other countries.

In any case it must be clear that the delivery times of your order are subject to the availability of the products in our warehouses. In case the product is not available you will be given timely information on its non-availability.
The company is not liable for any delays due to force majeure.

Returns
Changes are made within 14 days, with our Express parcel operator partner. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received and in its box, along with all its accompanying documents.
Return conditions:
1. The product must be unused,
2. The return must take place within fourteen (14) calendar days,
3. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Receipt Retail, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice etc.),
4. and it must be in the condition in which it was received by the customer, complete and not damaged, while its packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product.
For orders within Greece, the first change takes place without any charge. For any other change besides the first one the customer will be charged the return costs.
In case the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons, without any replacement taking place, she/he will be charged the return costs.
You have the right to return your order, by exerting the right of withdrawal and – only in case the product is unused – request a refund, within 14 days from the date noted on the purchase receipt.
Returns will not be accepted without prior communication with the company.
You can cancel your order only before shipment/delivery of the product.

5. Use-Operation.
The company and the user-client agree and accept the proper and in accordance with trade practices operation of the online store-website. The user of the website accepts that she/he will never and under no circumstances use the online store-website to send e-mails, or publish, or in any other way make public content that is defamatory, harmful, immoral, vulgar, obscene, offensive, threatening, invasive of another’s privacy in any way, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or may harm minors. The company reserves the right to change the product prices at any time without any prior notice. Any misprint or omission or technical failure, will be corrected by the company without any other obligation on its part.
6. Intellectual property rights.

For any dispute that might arise between “Insomnia” and users due to the use of the online store «www.insomnialace.com» an effort will be made for an amicable settlement after receiving a relevant written request on behalf of the user. Since the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, any dispute that might arise will be resolved with recourse to the civil courts of the city of Athens.
